Jennifer Whitlock is leaving the firm as of today to move to St. Louis, Missouri. We wish her luck in her new endeavor and thank her for her wonderful contributions to our firm. She will be sorely missed.

In their decision in United States v. Windsor, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Section 3 of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). The result of this decision is that same-sex marriages will be recognized by the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, which will result in immigration benefits for the noncitizen spouse and their children. Our firm is registered with GLAAD and is currently processing petitions based on same-sex marriage.
